Life Membership Award page 

Life Membership may be awarded to a member of Dietitians Australia for eminent service to the profession of dietetics in Australia, at National or State level.

Selection criteria

To satisfy the criteria, a member must:

• Be an APD, if eligible for APD status.
• Have given long and outstanding service to the profession of dietetics.
• Have been a member of Dietitians Australia for most of their professional life.
• Have been an active and respected member of the profession who has been a leader in a particular field or fields e.g. research, education, administration.
• Have held a leadership role that has contributed to the mission of Dietitians Australia.
